Food and Drink

All the food will be served from six o'clock onwards at the evening reception. There will be a selection of pies, cooked meats, salads, homemade breads, cheeses and cakes. We are hoping that you, our lovely friends and family will be able to contribute towards this, mainly the cakes and salads - pick your best recipe and cook it for the day. The cakes will be sliced into small squares so everyone can (hopefully) have a bit of what they want and try all of them. If you would like to contribute anything, look on our blog and write your selected food down.

For the centre piece of the buffet we will be having, instead of a traditional wedding cake, a three tiered pie. The game pie will be the base, the second tier will be vegetarian, and the top one will be a stargazer pie.

Please bring your own drinks. We will be providing a small amount of beer and also alcoholic and non- alcoholic fruit punches and tea and coffee making facilities.

For breakfast the next morning we will be providing fruit and bacon sandwiches, if you would like anything else just bring it.
